How does our shipping work?
•We will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. Each day, you will receive an automated email from us indicating all of your orders that have been shipped that day.

We try to ship most of the order's the same day or on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed. Therefore, most the orders should be received within 2-10 business days from the time that you place your order.
• Aliya ships through USPS and UPS. Once we ship we are not responsible for the delay of packages.

Return Policy
• Refunds will only be processed once you have emailed us & we have approved your return. If we receive a return that has not been approved, has any damages and/or is past the return policy, the order will not be refunded or approved for an exchange.
• We accept returns/exchanges for regular priced clothing postmarked within 14 days from the date you placed your order for a full refund.

• NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS MARKED DOWN MORE THAN 20% OFF. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON HOLIDAY ITEMS after a Holiday has passed. Christmas Gifts purchased after Thanksgiving are eligible for return or exchange through January 7 for a Store Credit ONLY.
• JEWELRY, PURSES, ACCESSORIES, MAKEUP, INTIMATES AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE.
• Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
• The original tags MUST be attached to each and every item being returned.
• The return items cannot be washed or worn and must be in NEW condition. Any stains will be an automatic return refusal.
• Shoes may be returned in the original box, must be unworn and must have original stickers
• The shoes must be returned in an undamaged box or the items may be sent back.
• Custom made items are non-refundable.
• Original shipping is not refundable.
• Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
• We are not responsible for return shipping or lost shipments. We recommend keeping shipping receipts for your records in order to make a claim with your local postal service.
• Aliya reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender at their own expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
• You will receive email confirmation when your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
